PASSHE Executive Offices

PASSHE Executive Offices provide advice and support to the Board of Governors, and are responsible for implementing the Board’s policies. The Chancellor and the Chancellor’s professional staff develop management tools to improve how higher education is planned, delivered and measured for effectiveness at the 14 universities. These tools center on operational data, results measurement and accountability. The Executive Offices serve as a valuable resource to the governor, state legislators and other elected officials and public policymakers on issues related to higher education, and the role of PASSHE universities in the economic, cultural and intellectual life of the Commonwealth and its communities.
