PASSHE Universities offer more than 40 degree programs online. In addition, more than 10 degree programs are available using Interactive Television (ITV), and over 20 degree programs are offered using a blended/hybrid approach (combination of face-to-face and technology). A variety of certificate programs are also available using these methods.

PASSHE Universities use a variety of academic software applications and technologies to enhance the learning experience. These technologies enrich the classroom, as well as provide access to our quality academic programs from anywhere across Pennsylvania, or beyond.
