PASSHE International Initiative

The fourteen institutions within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), through a grant from Bloomsburg University, have established a collaborative resource to provide information on international study.

Program types available for international Study:

Faculty-Led Programs Abroad (Short-Term)

These courses are taught outside of the United States by PASSHE faculty and are most often taught during summer, winter term or spring break. These programs are open to PASSHE and non-PASSHE students alike. Check out these programs now and don't forget to come back often as new opportunities are added regularly.

Study Abroad at an International Education Institution (Long-Term Non-Faculty-Led)

Students may also pursue a formal course of study at a university or college outside of the United States.  Periods of study may be for a semester, academic year or summer.  There are numerous opportunities available through PASSHE-member universities for both exchange and direct enrollment programs.  A limited number are available for non-PASSHE students.  Check back in Fall 2009 for information related to these study abroad programs.
