biography

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance has responsibility for overall strategic planning, management, and guidance of the financial and physical resources of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). The office provides sound professional support and services to the Board of Governors, PASSHE Universities, and the Office of the Chancellor.

Working with the presidents and their chief administrative and fiscal officers, the office coordinates and monitors the allocation and use of resources throughout PASSHE. The office also is responsible for providing System-wide oversight and assistance to institutions in accounting, budgeting, campus security, construction management, environmental health and safety, facilities planning, payroll, procurement, treasury, and the shared administrative information system.
