Budget Office

Welcome to the internet home of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Budget Office.  The Budget Office is primarily responsible for preparing and submitting PASSHE's annual budget request to the Governor and Commonwealth General Assembly on behalf of the Chancellor.  In addition, the Office supports and administers numerous programs related to fiscal planning and oversight, including preparation of the annual Common Cost Accounting report, the PASSHE’s allocation formula, and tuition rates.
