Welcome to the Internet home of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Office of Payroll System Services.  The Payroll System Services Office is primarily responsible for ensuring that all payroll processing service obligations are in compliance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.  The Office works in close conjunction with the Office of System Personnel Services and SyTEC to ensure successful integration of human resource and payroll requirements.  In addition, the Office supplies support to the Office of the Chancellor and the Universities in the form of reports, training, and all other payroll related matters.
