CSO holds 7 open-end contracts for construction management (Category 1) and project management services (Category 2).  Contracts were executed in the Summer of 2008.  After two renewals, these contracts will expire in the Summer of 2014.  The firms with contracts are:

Alvin H. Butz, Inc.:  Categories 1 and 2 

Crawford Consulting Services, Inc.:  Categories 1 and 2

Gilbane Building Company:  Categories 1 and 2

Heery International, Inc.:  Categories 1 and 2

Michael Baker Jr., Inc.:  Categories 1 and 2

Reynolds Construction Management, Inc.:  Category 1

STV Construction, Inc.:  Categories 1 and 2

It is anticipated that CSO will issue an RFP in the Spring of 2013 to replace these contracts.
