Dr. Joy Hatch is the vice chancellor for information technology services at the Virginia Community College System. Since arriving in Virginia, Dr. Hatch has provided leadership for the CIO's for Virginia's 23 community colleges advancing and planning enterprise systems and initiatives to accomplish the Chancellor's vision - Achieve 2015.

 

Lori Dwyer is the interim director of special projects at the Virginia Community College System.  Serving as project lead for the Virginia Education Wizard, Ms. Dwyer works with public and private collaborators of the projects and oversees the development and maintenance of the Wizard.
