This session will focus on issues related to copyright and distance education.  A variety of campus-level and System resources will be discussed.

Bob Hails is the Distance Learning Coordinator for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.  He has been involved in distance education since 1976.  In that time, he has started or led distance education programs at several universities.
