Avoiding Death by PowerPoint
In this presentation, you will learn how to use several techniques to engage and excite the students during a lecture without using bullet point after bullet point. You will lean how visual metaphors, targeted animation techniques and careful placement of graphics will turn your drab presentations into fabulous presentations that compel your student members to action. This presentation does NOT give step-by-step instructions on how to use a specific version of PowerPoint®, instead, it provides ideas, insights and innovations on visual techniques that make the use of PowerPoint® more impactful.
