Implementing QM in Our Institution – What Worked for Us
Like many institutions, Arizona State University was not sure what to do next after subscribing to QM. This session will examine the journey that included developing a course shell template and syllabus template, achieving buy-in from both faculty and administrators, forming a faculty community around QM, and starting a formal peer review process. Join the presenters as they outline their process and highlight some of the roadblocks others may encounter when implementing QM at their institutions.
