eDI: Differentiating Instruction Online
Technology is changing the face of the differentiated instruction concept. Whether teaching completely online or through a blended approach, differentiation is essential in addressing the diverse learning needs of students. This presentation will help you to develop an understanding of what it means to differentiate online so that you can create exciting, innovative differentiated learning activities that will actively engage learners in our high-tech world.

Dr. Silvia Braidic serves as a Professor & Coordinator of the Administrative Leadership Programs at California University of Pennsylvania. Previously she served as an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Graduate and Undergraduate Secondary Education at Duquesne University. In addition to her work at the university level, she has experience as a principal and assistant principal in the Mt. Lebanon School District. Research interests include teaching and learning in the online environment, teacher supervision in the online environment, and quality matters/course design. She serves as a mentor for the Sloan-C Online Teaching Certificate Progra and is a certified QM Master Reviewer/reviewer for Higher Ed and G6-12. She can be reached via email at
