Faculty Intellectual Property Agreement

The Faculty Intellectual Property Agreement form is required to be completed and signed by University faculty engaged in covered research.

Note:  Completion of the Faculty Intellectual Property Agreement form does not abrogate faculty rights accrued under Article 39 of the collective bargaining agreement.
