 Sen. Richard Alloway II

Mr. Alloway has served in the state Senate since he was first elected in 2009. His district comprises Adams County and parts of  Cumberland, Franklin and York counties. He is vice chairman of the Senate Law and Justice Committee and a member of the Community, Economic and Recreational Development, Games and Fisheries, Judiciary, Rules and Executive Nominations and State Government committees. Prior to his election to the Senate, Mr. Alloway served as a magisterial district judge for five years and was in private law practice. A Franklin County native, Mr. Alloway is a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and Widener School of Law.
