Employees who are covered under this grouping may choose plan options outlined below. It is your responsibility to notify your benefits office when qualifying events occur.

Supplemental
Dental and Vision benefits are provided by the Pennsylvania Faculty Health and Welfare Fund at no cost to eligible faculty members and their dependents.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – also known as Health Care Reform – requires that employer plans provide a uniform Summary of Benefits Coverage (SBC) for all the group health plans which are subject to this reporting requirement.
