Ann joined PASSHE in 2011 after spending almost fourteen years in the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Office of Chief Counsel, where she worked on a variety of educational initiatives and represented the Department in civil and administrative litigation.  Ann also served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Kelley, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  Prior to entering law school, Ann was a high school Spanish teacher.
