Biography:
Jeff joined PASSHE in 2000 after serving as associate counsel for the Environmental Hearing Board and completing a clerkship with the Honorable James R. Kelley of the Commonwealth Court.  Previously, Jeff worked in the Actuarial Department at Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania.
