| Biography: | Jacqueline joined PASSHE in 2006 after serving twelve years as Solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh. Prior to her appointment as Solicitor, Jacqueline practiced public and real estate finance as well as corporate law with Giant Eagle, Inc., the firm of Rose, Schmidt, Hasley & DiSalle, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and the State Public School Building Authority.
