| Biography: | Mike joined PASSHE in 2006 after spending almost four years with a small litigation firm in Harrisburg, where his practice concentrated in the areas of insurance defense, criminal appeals, and civil litigation. Mike also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in Dauphin County. Prior to entering private practice, Mike was a Deputy District Attorney in both Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. Prior to law school, Mike worked with delinquent children as both a juvenile probation officer in Dauphin County and with the Abraxas Foundation.
