Biography:
Cathy joined PASSHE in 2011 after eleven years with the Governor's Office of General Counsel.  There she worked as a special assistant to the General Counsel in the day-to-day operations of the office, as an attorney concentrating in ethics issues, contracting matters, emergency preparedness, and Right-to-Know Law Matters, and as a special assistant to the Governor focusing on capital projects.  Prior to working for the Office of General Counsel, she served as a staff attorney for the Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General concentrating on background investigations and general investigative matters.

Areas of Concentration:  Policy Committee, Intellectual property issues.
Assignments:Clarion University of Pennsylvania and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania
