Biography:
Mary Ann joined PASSHE in 1998 as a legal secretary and litigation assistant.  In 2002 she became a Legal Assistant and in 2003 a Paralegal Supervisor.  In 2004 Mary Ann became the office administrator.  Prior to coming to PASSHE, Mary Ann worked for 13 years in private sector legal offices, as well as in property management and the medical field.
Assignments: PASSHE Prothonotary, Administrative Officer for Merit Principle Appeals, Residency Appeals and Bid Protests. Liaison to Governor's Office of General Counsel. Manage legal office functions, outside counsel contracting, legal office budgeting, supervise support staff and provide administrative support to Chief Counsel Leo Pandeladis, University Legal Counsel Cathleen McCormack and Special Investigator Christopher Jones.
