Strategic Sourcing Bid Opportunities

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education has migrated toward an "eProcurement system" for its solicitations and will be using the eBid Systems electronic bid management program. Proposals must be submitted per the instructions provided in each solicitation.

PASSHE's eProcurement Exchange provides sealed bid/proposal privacy, security and supplier confidentiality, while streamlining and ensuring a fair and consistent procurement process.  Anyone can view any solicitation, but interested suppliers must register in order to view solicitation documents and to submit a bid/proposal.  Registration is a free process and takes only a few minutes to complete.
