Marian D. Moskowitz serves as Vice Chair of the Chester County Board of Commissioners. First elected in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, she played a key role in guiding Chester County through the COVID-19 pandemic.
A dedicated regional leader, Marian also serves as Vice Chair of SEPTA, Chair of the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority, Secretary of the West Chester University Council of Trustees, and as a member of the PASSHE Board of Governors.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, she and her husband, Dave, successfully transformed Phoenixville’s Franklin Commons into an award-winning, mixed-use educational and community campus. Marian resides in Malvern with her husband. Together, they have five children, five grandchildren, and a beloved Goldendoodle named Lucca.
