Marian Moskowitz, an urban developer and Chester County Commissioner, currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Commissioners. She also is Chair of the Chester County Economic Development Council and the South Eastern Economic Development Council of PA. She started her first business when she was 25 years old as a single mom. Over the years she has been involved in businesses both locally and internationally in the areas of cosmetics, trucking, and retail.
