Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher
Education (PASSHE) is pleased
to announce that it will be using Ariba Discovery for managing
supplier selection and pre-qualification through online bidding, analysis, and
award effective April 12, 2021.
Ariba Discovery matches business
buyers and suppliers globally. Suppliers will have access to not only State System opportunities, but also to thousands of other business postings.
Ariba Discovery is free to join,
but suppliers will need to register. Please take the opportunity to see all the
benefits Ariba Discovery has to offer. For more information

Solicitations that
have not yet been closed or awarded will remain accessible through the eProcurement Exchange.
Solicitation and Award documents, subject to public access requirements under the 2016 amendments to the Procurement Code (Act 163, HB 2107 of 2016), are available at the eProcurement Exchange. Prior to approval, requests for Sole Source and Emergency contracts are posted for seven calendar days for public comment, and posted again upon approval for another 30 days. All executed contracts that are subject to the posting requirements under Section 1701 of the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law are available at the
Pennsylvania Treasury website.
