Discover Thrive: your at-home joint health solution.  Whether you’re dealing with acute pain, chronic discomfort, or want to build healthy habits that improve your mobility, Thrive can give you the freedom to overcome joint and muscle pain anytime, anywhere.


What is Thrive?
Thrive is a virtual physical care solution, powered by Sword, that allows you to get care on your schedule, when it’s convenient for you. Thrive offers individualized virtual programs and personalized support from physical therapists to help you accomplish your goals, whether it’s relieving joint pain or improving mobility.


What can virtual physical care help with?
The Thrive physical care program can help relieve joint and muscle pain such as:

  • Back, shoulder, or neck pain
  • Knee or elbow pain
  • Hip pain and more


How does it work?

  • For acute or chronic pain needs, you’ll be paired with a dedicated physical therapist who will customize your care plan.
  • A kit will be delivered to your home with everything you need to complete your sessions.
    You’ll get a tablet and sensors with motion-tracking technology that guide your movement and collect real-time feedback. This helps your physical therapist know how to adjust your next session.
  • If you’d like additional help increasing mobility and preventing pain, you’ll also have access
    to the Sword app for on-demand educational videos to help you prevent injuries, understand pain, and build healthy habits.


How much does Thrive cost?
Thrive is provided at no additional cost as a part of your health plan benefits.


What if I’m already enrolled in another Sword program?
It’s best to treat one part of your body at a time to ensure the best possible results, so we limit members to participating in one program at a time. However, once you have completed your program, you can begin another Sword program to target another part of the body.
