Shared Services - Other Academic and Legal Support

The Keystone Library Network (KLN) is a consortium of academic and research libraries. The KLN management offices are housed at the Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education's Office of the Chancellor in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Server Hub is located at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in south-central Pennsylvania.

KLN staff work to develop new solutions to address the ever-changing world of library services in a high-availability environment. Support is readily available to member libraries, with procedures in place for emergencies and other time-sensitive situations that require special attention. In addition to IT projects, the network engages in group procurement of library content and services. They work with the Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortia for training opportunities and collaborate to provide services for academic libraries in Pennsylvania.
