The State System enrolls all permanent employees in our group life insurance program administered by MetLife at no cost to the employee. The amount of term life insurance is equal to the nearest $1,000 of basic annual salary, up to the applicable maximum.

To choose your beneficiary, manage your account, or file a claim, register on the MetLife website. Choose "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" under company name, then register or log in to your account.
