Healthy U Deadline - May 31, 2023

Employees and their enrolled spouses/domestic partners each need to complete the RealAge test with Sharecare at mycare.sharecare.com to complete the Healthy U program. If you do not have a Sharecare account you will need to register on the website.

Annual Spouse Attestation (employees hired on or after 7/1/2013)

Coverage for your spouse/domestic partner in the State System’s health plan requires that your spouse/partner enroll in their own employer’s group health plan, if available, for their primary health care coverage. If your current attestation on file with your university is more than ten months old, you will be required to attest to your spouse/partner’s health coverage eligibility and enrollment status this Fall.  Instead of waiting until fall, you may review/update your spouse attestation now
