Healthy U is a secure, customized wellness rewards program for State System Highmark PPO participants. Employees and their enrolled spouse who complete the program are rewarded with lower health care premiums.
The current Healthy U program is January 1, 2024 - May 31, 2024
- Employees hired on/after April 1, 2024 automatically pay the lower health care contributions for the Healthy U plan year beginning July 1, 2024.
The Healthy U program is accessed through Highmark’s new member website, www.myhighmark.com. Employees and spouses who previously registered with Highmark can simply log on using their current user ID and password. If you or your spouse have never created an account with Highmark, you will need to register with My Highmark prior to completing the Healthy U program. Once an account is created with My Highmark, members may access their account through the website or by downloading the My Highmark app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for use on their mobile devices.

In your My Highmark accounts, you and your enrolled spouse can each click on the “Journey” tab, then select “History”. You should see your “Rewards Program” and “1000/1000 Reward Points Earned. You can save a screenshot for your records.
Participation Reward
Employees and their enrolled spouse must each complete the Health Assessment to satisfy the Healthy U program requirements. Employees will be rewarded with the lower health plan contribution rate starting in July 2024.
For example, an employee who completes Healthy U during the 1/1/2024 - 5/31/2024 plan year, would receive reduced premiums beginning July 2024 through June 2025.
